Business Reconciliation awards

The Reconciliation Awards for Business recognise individuals, organisations and businesses taking positive steps towards reconciliation.

The awards are for individuals, businesses and community organisations operating in Queensland.

Awards are presented in the following categories:

• Emerging business
• Established business
• Community organisation
• Partnerships

Nominations usually open in February each year. Winners are announced at a formal dinner in around May each year.

Judging panels comprise a range of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous industry and community group representatives, academics and others with an understanding of the reconciliation process. Each panel will assess nominations against both general and specific awards criteria.
