Drugs and alcohol prevention and support

If you, a friend or someone in your family are having a problem with drugs (including cigarettes) or alcohol, there are places you can go for help. The best thing to do is to talk to your doctor or local health worker first. But sometimes that's not always easy. Maybe you're not sure who to ask or you don't feel good about talking about it. Or maybe you're just looking for some information. This is a good place to start.
