If you want to make your house a dry place you need to fill out a form and take it to the clerk at the Magistrates Court. Someone from your community justice group can help you fill out the form and take it to the clerk.
The clerk will check your application and let you know if you can make your house a dry place.
If the clerk says your house can be a dry place, you'll need to put up a 'dry place' sign. You can get the signs from the police station. Your house will not become a dry place until you have put up the 'dry place' sign out the front of your house.
